BOOKING POLICY
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for.
If you are running late please contact us asap to ensure we will be able to complete your booked service as a whole. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your booking we will do our best to rescheduled or move your booking to the next available appointment, depending on availability on that day or your booking will need to be cancelled of which you will forfeit the total fee of your treatment.
CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS
We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment you will forfeit the total fee of your treatment booked. For no shows you will forfeit the total fee of your booking.
This includes those using a gift card.
GIFT CARDS
All Séjour Spa gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable and are only be used exclusively for Séjour Spa treatments. If you’re wanting to use a voucher - please add this in the notes at the time of booking online and then present your voucher in salon at the time of your appointment.
PREGNANCY & BREASTFEEDING
Please inform our friendly staff prior to your appointment, if you are, or think you may be pregnant.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please notify us of any medical concerns, allergies, or injuries you may have before booking any appointments.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
We love accomodating your little ones, but we kindly request that you remain mindful of our staff and other clients during your visit. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
